My Kids Want Me To Continue Writing My Daily Journal / I'm Dashing Upstairs Now To Do So! Cheers, TONY

It's funny, they haven't said much about it or read it or even looked at it much and yet when I mention that I am not after thirteen/fourteen years writing it daily they get upset and say that they want me to continue writing it daily and not spend so much time blogging that I do not have time for the journal. THE JOURNAL MUST COME FIRST ! So here I go dashing upstairs to write the daily journal of Tuesday, May 26th, 2009. Cheers,, TONY

Working On Empty Like Now ! Now! Now! NOW! Tues. Eve. @ 11:21 PM On May 12th, 2009 At Home

It's been great these last few weeks : I've really accomplished a whole lot by working in small increments, slowly, carefully, with some purpose always in mind. I don't always cut off a whole lot when I do this : I'm not frustrated if I do not finish : I take it all in stride and always try and see the " big picture ". It works, too : even when I think I have no ideas and no energy I still manage to get something valuable accomplished. It's always like a ray or two or three of pure, unadulterated light and I love it. I always smile to myself at the minimum when I am done.

Here are some beach watercolors that I am happy to bring to the cyber light of computer space. I hope you enjoy them. Cheers, TONY

Hand Gestures That I Love To Record Here : These Of Artist Peter At Mano's In Green Point, Cape Town, S. Africa 3/15/09

It was great to have lunch with John, Lilian and Peter. We had just seen the art of both Lilian and Peter and had driven over to Mano's to have lunch together at Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa on Monday, March 15th, 2009 I believe. Here are some of the pictures that I took at out table of artist Peter speaking, painting, doing art with the wonderful liquid motion of his hands. Both they as well as his face and the intensity and sparkle of his eyes painted things beautifully for me : creating for me a jumping off point to find my own expression and interpretation from seeing him gesturing/posturing so. Thanks Peter. Enjoy these photos everyone.

Where do they take you all?

What was Peter actually talking about / saying / thinking as he gestured so expressively with both his hands and the serious - ferocious fix in his eyes and marbled-flesh facial stances/prances/romances?!?

Cheers, TONY
