My Morning Walk With Our Dog Tuesday, June 2nd, 2009 Before Work

I've gotten to where I like to take my camera with me when I go on my neighborhood walks with our dog each weekday morning. My wife walks our dog on the weeek ends. I'm trying to catch up with her as when we first got our dog she walked it everyday for the first year.

Our son originally begged us for a dog promising to take care of it. It's really his mother's dog now but I do give him credit for walking her each afternoon and evening after school at least three times each day. Thanks son, that helps and your dog appreciates each and every extra sniff that she can get in each day!

Enjoy these pictures of my morning walk with her a few minutes ago. I did pause to take pictures of our neighborhood and all it's views that do truly inspire me each and every times as they change and are tweaked slightly or a lot here and there and everywhere. TONY

My Kids Want Me To Continue Writing My Daily Journal / I'm Dashing Upstairs Now To Do So! Cheers, TONY

It's funny, they haven't said much about it or read it or even looked at it much and yet when I mention that I am not after thirteen/fourteen years writing it daily they get upset and say that they want me to continue writing it daily and not spend so much time blogging that I do not have time for the journal. THE JOURNAL MUST COME FIRST ! So here I go dashing upstairs to write the daily journal of Tuesday, May 26th, 2009. Cheers,, TONY

Working On Empty Like Now ! Now! Now! NOW! Tues. Eve. @ 11:21 PM On May 12th, 2009 At Home

It's been great these last few weeks : I've really accomplished a whole lot by working in small increments, slowly, carefully, with some purpose always in mind. I don't always cut off a whole lot when I do this : I'm not frustrated if I do not finish : I take it all in stride and always try and see the " big picture ". It works, too : even when I think I have no ideas and no energy I still manage to get something valuable accomplished. It's always like a ray or two or three of pure, unadulterated light and I love it. I always smile to myself at the minimum when I am done.

Here are some beach watercolors that I am happy to bring to the cyber light of computer space. I hope you enjoy them. Cheers, TONY

Hand Gestures That I Love To Record Here : These Of Artist Peter At Mano's In Green Point, Cape Town, S. Africa 3/15/09

It was great to have lunch with John, Lilian and Peter. We had just seen the art of both Lilian and Peter and had driven over to Mano's to have lunch together at Green Point, Cape Town, South Africa on Monday, March 15th, 2009 I believe. Here are some of the pictures that I took at out table of artist Peter speaking, painting, doing art with the wonderful liquid motion of his hands. Both they as well as his face and the intensity and sparkle of his eyes painted things beautifully for me : creating for me a jumping off point to find my own expression and interpretation from seeing him gesturing/posturing so. Thanks Peter. Enjoy these photos everyone.

Where do they take you all?

What was Peter actually talking about / saying / thinking as he gestured so expressively with both his hands and the serious - ferocious fix in his eyes and marbled-flesh facial stances/prances/romances?!?

Cheers, TONY

Happy To Be Alive! Really, Almost Every Friggin' Morning! It's Wednesday, April 29th, 2009 @ 9:53 AM ! Cheers!!

I'm just thrilled to be alive, to smell the roses, to see the fresh baby greens and yellows, the reds, the oranges : all the colors of Spring push through the ground and up so that we may witness these unfolding, openings of Nature's fruitful bounty that sustains me like little else. There is also the beauty of women that sustain me : I cannot lie! I love my wife and my daughter, my mother, step-mother, nieces and all the beautiful girls and women - anything female, They all speak of beauty to me and warm and cradle and excite and inspire me like Nature and together the two make this truely a wonderful world to live in! Thanks world, thanks females, thanks Nature : you all are the best, primo, rays and visions, sights, smells and parts of being alive that make me feel like I will burst because I am so in love with you three and with being alive! Makes me want to strive, to do, to be better, to be more attentive, to notice and mention all of this to you as well as to the world at large. I am all about sharing and giving and teaching by example where ever I can.

I hope you don't mind all this gushing. It's just spilling forthj from me now!

Of course I love other things in life as well and I do enjoy the other fifty percent or so of the population : like my wonderful son, father, brothers, etcetera ... life and all that is around is a blessing and keeps me in constant awe with a perpetual Ohhhh coming/forming on my lips that I often make with them but keep to some degree private and to myself. At least until I can express that ohhhhh in writing, drawings and actions.

Cheers, enjoy these pictures, TONY
